It’s super simple! Contact us online, email or give us a call, and the team will take care of it. Any tickets you’ve already purchased will still be eligible for upcoming Prize Home draws, but you’ll no longer have access to member-only bonus draws or benefits.

The Double Tickets Deal promotion ends at 11:59 pm AEST, 12 August 2026.

If you cancel or pause your Membership during the promotion period, or before the draw for Lottery #468 on Thursday 20 August 2026, any bonus tickets will be cancelled and won’t be included in the draw.

To keep your bonus tickets in play, just make sure your Membership stays active through the draw date.

You might have seen promotions elsewhere that talk about “extra entries.” In many cases, those entries are simply added into the overall pool. The total number of entries increases, but so does the size of the draw.

That’s not how we do things at Endeavour Lotteries.

When we say we’re giving you double tickets, we mean it literally. Every ticket in our draw is a real, paid ticket that’s officially issued and recorded in the draw. So when we double your tickets, we’re giving you additional tickets within a draw that has a fixed, capped number of tickets. No inflated pools. No shifting numbers.
