No surprises, no dates to remember. Your membership will be debited on the 15th of each month, and your Prize Home tickets will land straight in your inbox or mailbox. Easy.
If your card payment fails, we'll contact you about how to update your payment details (if necessary) and automatically reattempt payment again between the 19-27th of each month. If you'd prefer to pause your membership instead, simply contact Customer Support.
If you pay for your membership via a direct debit arrangement, we will initiate the direct debit between 1-15th of each month. The exact timing of when the money is deducted from your account will vary based on business days and your bank's processing payment speed - but reassured the funds will be
