Great question.
If you sign up during the $100 Ticket promotion, the bonus tickets you receive will only be entered into the daily draw on the day you join.
They don’t roll over into future daily draws. Entries reset at midnight so every day is a fresh chance to win.
If you pay by card, your card is charged on the 15th of each month. If payment succeeds, you’ll automatically receive tickets into the next closing Pay Day draw.
If your card payment fails, we’ll contact you and automatically reattempt payment between the 19th–27th.
If you pay via direct debit, we initiate the debit between the 1st–15th. Exact timing depends on business days and your bank’s processing speed.
If your payment declines for several consecutive months, your membership may be paused automatically. Simply contact Customer Support to resume.
While paused, you won’t receive tickets or membership benefits.
You can cancel your Pay Day Membership by contacting our Customer Support team with your request.
Your existing tickets, purchased while your Pay Day membership was active, will remain eligible (subject to the relevant draw and Pay Day Membership terms and conditions on the website).
Please note that removing payment information online will not cancel your membership automatically.
After removing payment information online, any additional purchases made may add new payment information to your account which may resume your membership if it has not been properly cancelled.
